After the Storm, Avoid the Chaos

We’ll help handle your insurance company and keep you in the loop, without the stress.

1. Initial Damage Assessment

An experienced member of our team will perform a Damage Assessment. Each Assessment includes a roof inspection and a thorough review of other storm related damage (siding, windows, paint, HVAC, etc.).

2. Insurance Communication

We’ll walk you through the process for any necessary communication with your Insurance Company. As a baseline, there are three important things to know about:

This is the amount you’re responsible for when filing a claim.
RCV (Replacement Cost Value), or ACV (Actual Cash Value). Your policy type will reveal out of pocket expenses.
Insurance companies usually allow 1-2 years from the date of loss.

3. Claim Filing Process

If our Initial Damage Assessment, leads us to believe it’s prudent to file a hail damage claim, we will walk you through the entire process. When it’s time for the insurance adjuster to inspect the property, we will meet them their and inspect at the same time to ensure accuracy and a smooth process.

4. Copy of Claim and Check Issued

Once the inspection is completed, your insurance company will issue a copy of the claim along with a check for (usually) the ACV or Actual Cash Value.

5. Work Completed

Upon completion of work, we will invoice your insurance company to show them the work has been completed. They will then issue final payment.
